What documents are required by the consulate?
When applying for a Cyprus visa to enter the country for short business trips such as the conference, typically you need to submit the following documents to the relevant authority, depending on your home country:

  • Completed Visa Application Form: Fill out the application form accurately with personal details, travel photo, travel information and signature.

  • Passport:
    A valid passport with at least two blank pages and validity for at least three months beyond your planned stay in Cyprus.
  • Valid Proof of Residence:
    permanent residence card must be submitted
  • Business Invitation Letter:
    An official invitation letter from us may be required, just contact us directly on the following address and we’ll provide you with one;

  • Travel Itinerary:
    A detailed travel plan including flight pre-bookings (round-trip), proof of hotel reservation.
  • Proof of Financial Means:
    Evidence of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Cyprus, such as bank statements or financial guarantees may be required on case-by-case bases.
  • Travel Insurance:
    Proof of valid travel insurance covering medical expenses and emergencies for the duration of your stay with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
  • Visa Fee: The applicable visa fee, which varies depending on your nationality and type of visa requested should be paid upon submission of the application.
